This blog is fantastic and is long over due. Any survivor should not stop treating themselves to those little luxuries in life like good skincare products. I think caution should be used. Products with Vitamin A (retinol) should be tested on a small part of the skin before continued use. No doubt organic and natural products should be treated in the same manner as even Tea Tree Oil can aggrevate the skin if in the wrong concentration.
